Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with AI Student Hub. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Inc., our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf in accordance with this policy.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase of a Pro subscription or premium prompt pack, for any reason. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.
3. Subscription Renewals
- Renewals are billed automatically at the start of each billing period.
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds for renewal charges are considered case-by-case if requested within 7 days of the renewal date and the Service was not used materially during that period.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- One-time prompt packs that have been downloaded or accessed.
- Subscriptions consumed beyond reasonable evaluation use.
- Charges older than 60 days.
- Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Locate your Paddle order receipt email (subject contains "Paddle.net").
- Reply to that email with your refund request, OR
- Use our contact page with your order ID and the email used at purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve nearly all issues directly. Disputed accounts may be suspended pending resolution.
7. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under your local law (e.g., the EU Consumer Rights Directive).
