1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Student Hub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AI Student Hub provides a directory of AI tools, prompt templates, AI-powered study workflows, and related productivity features for students. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for safeguarding your credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Merchant of Record

Paid plans are billed through Paddle.com Inc., our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, billing inquiries, taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax), and invoicing. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Submit work generated by the Service as your own where prohibited by your institution.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract underlying models or prompts.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
  • Abuse rate limits or attempt to disrupt the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI output before relying on or submitting it. You retain ownership of your inputs; you receive a license to use the outputs subject to applicable third-party model terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its branding, code, prompt packs, and design are owned by AI Student Hub and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, educational, non-commercial purposes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI STUDENT HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Student Hub is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
